- This hotel over books their rooms!! We traveled 4 hours just to be told "sorry we had to cancel your stay, the other people in the room decided to stay" absolutely RIDICULOUS and so unprofessional!!! We couldn't even get … More another room close and had to drive 4 HOURS BACK HOME BECAUSE OF THIS HOTEL. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! and the guy that was at the front desk thought he could just threaten the cops when all we wanted was a refund THAT HE REFUSED until we called booking!! Booking was very unhappy with them and did not realize that they OVER BOOK rooms!!!! Such a hassle and they could have just told THE OTHER PEOPLE the room was already PAID FOR AND TAKEN FOR THE NIGHT. but they put us out of our room WITHOUT TELLING US. They knew the room was taken at 11am and didn't inform us until WE ARRIVED!!! they had all our contact information and decided not to give us 5 HOURS NOTICE ATLEAST!!! just don't book with this hotel. You could show up and not have a room cause they take your money then sell the room AGAIN. that should be illegal!!!!!!!
- This hotel randomly asked for a cash deposit when their check in policy on the Priceline states credit card for the deposit (I don’t carry cash), then wouldn’t let me check in and tried to deny a cancellation request after they didn’t follow … More their own policy. This is a really scummy tactic to try to steal from customers without ever providing a room. I wouldn’t recommend here at all. I travel 300 days a year and have never encountered this before in the past.
- Right off the interstate this was the closest hotel when I got too tired to keep going. The room was quiet and clean. The shower was amazing. There was hot water. And the bath worked at will so I could soak for awhile without water draining. … More All these things are rare now I find in most cheap hotels. Would definitely stay there again if in need of a quick sleep.
- Dirty. Can’t hear staff through glass. Random people hanging out in the hallway and lobby for hours. Small rooms. Expensive for no reason.
